GARANTIAS INDIVIDUALES. CUANDO LAS AUTORIDADES RESUELVEN LOS JUICIOS DE AMPARO SOMETIDOS A SU POTESTAD, NO PUEDEN VIOLAR LAS DE SEGURIDAD JURIDICA QUE TUTELAN LOS ARTICULOS 14 Y 16 CONSTITUCIONALES.
Dado el texto de los artículos 14 y 16 constitucionales, la naturaleza de las sentencias dictadas en materia de amparo y el final al que las mismas tienen, las autoridades encargadas de la función de control de la constitucionalidad no pueden violar las garantías de seguridad jurídica que tutelan esos numerales al dictar aquéllas.
